Scope Of Work: 1) Updating Geodetic Map Foundations And Inventory Of The Network Of Terrestrial And Underground Weapons; 2) Obtaining An Excerpt And Extract From The Local Spatial Development Plan, Industry Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Of The Bodies Required By The Provisions (If Necessary); 3) Preparation Of The Ownership Map Of The Area With Excerpts From The Land Register And The Set Of Consent Owners Of Plots To Enter The Area To Carry Out Works (If Necessary); 4) Determining The Collision And Obtaining Technical Conditions For The Reconstruction And Securing Of Existing Weapon Networks; 5) Performing Tests And Wells Aimed At Developing The Necessary Geotechnical Documentation (Documentation From The Research Of The Substrate Together With The Geotechnical Opinion And Geotechnical Project) Allowing The Correct Assessment Of Geotechnical Conditions Substrates And Design Of The Surface Structure; 6) Preparation Of The Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design In 4 Copies In Paper And Electronic Versions On A Magnetic Medium In Pdf Format And Editable Dwg And Doc, Taking Into Account In Particular: A) Designing A Downhill Or Entry From Ul. Żwirki I Wigury (Dp 5307S) For Parking; B) Designing A Parking Lot At The Mosir Sports And Recreation Complex; C) Designing Dehydration; D) Designing Street Lighting In Led Technology; E) Designing Road Greenery In The Form Of Lawns And Plantings (Independent Of The Need For Any Substitute Plantings) In The Parking Existing Stand (If Possible); F) Designing Elements Of Small Architecture Such As Benches, Waste Segregation Bins, Mixed Waste Baskets, Bins On Dog Droppings, Birds And Bats, Hotels For Bees, Hortilophon And Other; G) Reconstruction And Securing Existing Network Of Utilities; H) Existing Greenery Along With A Plan To Cut Green And A Plan Of Substitute Plantings (If Necessary) Note: Adopted Design Solutions Should Avoid Cutting Out Existing Trees And Guarantee Maximum Protection Of Their Root System.
