    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Removing Vehicles From Roads From The Lublin Poviat On The Basis Of The Provisions Of Art. 130A Of The Road Traffic Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As Prd) And Running A Guarded Parking Lot For Removed Vehicles. 2. Names And Codes Specified In The Common Dictionary Of Orders: 50.11.81.10-9 Towing Services; 98.35.11.00-9 Parking Services. 3. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Art. 91 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act Allows Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For All Parts Of The Order. Part 1 - Removal From Roads From The Lublin Poviat Of Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 3.5T, Bicycles, Mopeds, Motorcycles, Electric Scooters And Personal Transport Devices, And Conducting A Guarded Parking Lot For The Abovementioned Vehicles. Part 2 - Removal From Roads From The Lublin Poviat Of Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight From Above 3.5T To Above 16T And Running A Guarded Parking Lot For The Abovementioned Vehicles. Part 3 - Removal From Roads From The Lublin Poviat Of Vehicles Transporting Hazardous Materials And Driving A Guarded Parking Lot For Removed Vehicles, Meeting The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior Of November 13, 2012 On The Technical Conditions Of Parking Lots For Which Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods Are Removed (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 1293). 4. The Amount Is Allocated To The Order: 429,516.62 (Including: Part 1-174,122.49 Pln; Part 2-157.110.98 Pln; Part 3-98,283.15 Pln). Sermin Of The Contract (Cz. 1-3)-12 Months From January 1, 2026.
