1. Subject Of The Contract: Design Documentation For Investments Entitled: Renovation Of The Surface With Elements Of Renovation And Reconstruction Of Voivodship Road No. 503 On The Section Of Ul. Mazurska From The Intersection With Ul. Defenders Of Peace To The Northern Administrative Border Of The City Of Elbląg. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Development Of Project Documentation In The Form Of A Construction Project And A Technical/Executive Design Of The Surface Renewal Along With Elements Of The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Voivodship Road No. 503, In Terms Of: 1) Renewal Of The Road Surface Along With The Adaptation Of Its Structure To Lead To The Transmission Of Loads With A Category Of Min. Kr3 And A Pressure Of 11.5 T Per Single Axle; 2) Surface Renewal And Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Roads And Construction Of Roads For Bicycles And Roads For Bicycles And Pedestrians To Maintain Continuity Of Pedestrian Traffic And Cyclists; 3) Reconstruction Of Road Elements Within Intersections, To The Extent Necessary To Improve Road Safety And Increase Their Capacity; 4) Surface Renewal And Reconstruction Of Bus Bays With Platforms, To The Extent Necessary; 5) Renovation Along With The Reconstruction Of The Roadside, To The Extent Necessary To Ensure Proper Drainage Of Rainwater From The Road And Compliance With Applicable Regulations; 6) Reconstruction And Extension Of Road Lighting Together With The Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings; 7) Renovation, Renovation And Reconstruction And Extension Of Road Drainage Elements (Including Rainwater Sewage And Roadside Ditches Along With Culverts Under The Downhill And Under The Provincial Road, Cleaning Devices And Other Infrastructure), To Ensure That The Road And Manage Is Necessary Rainwater For Rainwater Sewage And Roadside Ditches; 8) Renovation Or Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Provincial Road 503, To The Extent Necessary Resulting From The Need To Adapt To The Designed Road Solutions And From The Need To Adapt To The Transfer Of The Assumed Road Load; 9) Securing And Reconstruction Of Existing Technical Infrastructure Networks And Devices, To The Necessary Extent Resulting From The Need To Remove Collisions With Designed Road Elements, Including Railway Crossings Together With Existing Infrastructure; 10) Renewal And Adjusting Vertical And Horizontal Marking And Road Safety Elements, Including In Areas Of Pedestrian Crossings And Bicycle Crossings; 11) Reclamation Of Road Greenery, To The Extent Necessary.
