    3 2. A Detailed Description Of The Employers Needs Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex 2 To Swz - Offer Form. 3. The Employer Informs That It Allows The Submission Of Offers For Qualitatively Equivalent Consumables That Meet Equivalent Parameters. 4. Under The Term Original Consumables, The Contracting Authority Understands Materials Produced Only By Manufacturers Of Devices Listed In Annex 2 To Swz.5. By The Equivalent Product, The Contracting Authority Understands The Product Offered By Other Manufacturers Of Consumables, Compatible With The Device To Which It Is Ordered, With The Same Or Better Parameters (Ink/Toner Capacity, Performance And Print Quality) In Relation To The Original Product Produced By The Manufacturer Of The Device. 6. By The Term Factory New, The Contracting Authority Understands Products Made Of New Elements Without Signs Of Use Or Damage, Not Regenerated (Which Were Filled With A Printing Agent Without Replacing The Consuming Parts), In The Original Packaging Of The Manufacturer With A Visible Logo, Product Symbol And The Date Of Use For Use, Having All Protection Of Toner Tanks. Compatible And Recognizable By Printing Devices With Parameters Of The Same Or Better In Relation To The Original Product. 7. The Contracting Authority Allows The Subject Of The Contract To Be Refined/Reproduced Materials, By Which The Contracting Authority Understands Operational Materials Produced Using Used Oem Containers (Excluding Moving Elements), From Which Full -Value Plastic Or Metal Materials Have Been Selected With Factory -Enriched Elements Such As: Light -Leaving Drums, Rollers, Please, Chips, Seals.
