Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A School Bus For The Purposes Of Transporting Students To Schools Run By The City And Commune Of Solec Nad Wisłą

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Purchase Of A School Bus For The Purposes Of Transporting Students To Schools Run By The City And Commune Of Solec Nad Wisłą. The Subject Of The Contract Was Covered By Co -Financing From The Budget Of The Mazowieckie Voivodeship As Part Of The Mazovian Support Instrument Buses For Mazowieckie Schools - Edition Of 2025. In Particular, The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Purchase And Delivery Of A New School Bus For The Needs Of The Delivery Of Students To Schools Run By The City And Commune Of Solec Nad Wisłą, Which: A) Will Be Branded, Unregistered And Unused Earlier, B) Full -Time, C) Will Be Used To Transport School Children To Primary Schools And For The Needs Of Recreation And School Tourism, D) Will Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Allowing It To Traffic On Public Roads And Registration Of The Vehicle In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, 2) Delivery Along With The Bus: Technical And Espolation Documentation, All Instructions, All Required Instructions And All Required Instructions Required And All Required Instructions Required Documents For Registration Of The Vehicle In The Republic Of Poland. 3) Conducting Drivers Training In The Field Of Technical Service In Terms Of Use, Inspections, Basic Repairs And Operation. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Is Intended For Use By Natural Persons, So In Accordance With Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Bus Be Adapted To Use By All Users, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Availability For People With Disabilities. 4) Full Equipment Of The Bus In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law And Executive Regulations. Everything That Has Not Been Listed By The Contracting Authority Must Be In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment Rynek 1, 27-320 Solec On The Vistula. 6) The Detailed Parameters Of The Vehicle Are Determined By The Connector No. 1A To Swz.
