The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Together With The Delivery Of A New 9-Passenger Car Adapted For The Transport Of Disabled People, Including People In A Wheelchair For The Needs Of The School And Kindergarten Service Team In Łęczna. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Minimum Required Technical And Utility Parameters Of The Car Equipment Was Described In The Technical Specification Of The Vehicle Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.3. General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Car Factory New (Year Of Production 2025), Unused, With The Possibility Of Two -Stage Registration, Not Release, Non -Accident, Undamaged, Technically Efficient, Free From Construction, Material, Executive And Legal Defects, From An Authorized Point Of Sale2) Required Rights To Drive The Vehicle - Driving License Category B3) Number Driver + 8 Passengers4) Possibility Of Transporting A Person In A Wheelchair 5) The Second And Third Row Of Seats With The Possibility Of Quick Dismantling 6) A Position Equipped With Seat Belts For Fixing A Wheelchair And A Disabled Person In A Wheelchair While Driving) Equipped With Folding Invasions With The Possibility Of Quick Assembly, Used To Introduce A Person Moving In A Wheelchair 8) Approval Of The Base Car And Approval Confirming The Adaptation To The Transport Of Disabled People In Wheelchairs9) Marked In Accordance With The Provisions On The Transport Of Disabled People) Should Have All The Permission Required By Law Required By Law And Marketing 11) Meets The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Provisions:- Act Of 20 June 1997- Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Law Of 2024 Item Documents In These Matters, I.E.
