1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation For The Task Modernization And Expansion Of The Security System For Facilities Erected In The Ethnographic Park In Tokarnia Together With The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works. 1.1. The Development Of Project Documentation Covers At Least: 1) Obtaining All Required By Law, Maps, Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions, Consents, Decisions And Permits Necessary To Develop Project Documentation And Obtain An Opinion Resulting From § 12 Para. 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014 On Securing The Collections Of The Museum Against Fire, Theft And Other Dangers Threatening Their Destruction Or Loss (Journal Of Laws, Item 1240), Which Will Enable The Ordering Party To Apply For An Administrative Decision Permitting Construction Works, And In Further Stages Of Organizing The Tender Procedure For The Implementation Of The Project Scope; 2) Execution Of An Inventory Of Installed Equipment And Installations Of Sap And Sswin In The Indicated Buildings To The Extent Necessary To Develop Project Documentation; 3) Construction Of A Construction Project; 4) Execution Of The Executive Project; 5) Execution Of An Investors Cost Estimate With A Pre -Works Of Works; 6) Performing Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 7) Granting Warranty/ Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract For Project Documentation. 1.2. Performing Authors Supervision Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Section 1 Item 4) Of The Construction Law And The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Contract, During The Period Of Construction Works, Based On The Project Documentation Developed By The Contractor. For The Purposes Of Drawing Up An Offer Price, 5 Stays At The Construction Site Are Determined During The Implementation Of Construction Works. 2. The Design Documentation Will Be Developed For The Needs Of The Modernization Project Whose Main Task Will Be To Detect And Report Unauthorized Access Or Attempts To Break Into Protected Objects (Via The Sswin System) And Early Detection Of The Fire (Via The Sap System), And Then Launch The Alarm And Notifying The Threat Of Persons And Rescue Services To Ensure The Safety Of Persons And Property Of The Museum. 3.
