Tenders Are Invited For Cashless Purchase Of Fuels For Vehicles And Equipment Of The Oława Forest District With The Help Of Fuel Cards

The Subject Of The Contract Is A Non -Cash Purchase Of Fuels (Unleaded Gasoline 95, Diesel), And Adblue For Vehicles And Equipment Of The Oława Forest District At The Contractors Gas Stations, Using Electronic Fuel Cards In Accordance With: A) For Diesel And Unleashed Gasoline - The Quality Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of 26 June 2024 In The Case Qualitative Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended), B) For Adblee - Qualitative Standards Contained In The Iso 22241 Standard For Adblue Or Equivalent. In The Event Of A Change In The Above Standards During The Implementation Of The Contract Offered Adblee Liquid Must Be Consistent With The Changed Standards, The Anticipated Amounts Of Liquid Fuels And The Adblue Preparation That The Contracting Authority Intends To Buy During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Estimated Quantities And Amount To: - Unleaded Gasoline 95 - 228 Liters, - Diesel - 80 438 Liters, - Adblue - 506 Liters, Ordering, Ordering The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Liquid Fuels And The Adblue Preparation Indicated Above, Which Cannot Be The Basis For Any Compensation Claims Of The Contractor In Relation To The Contracting Authority In This Respect, Provided That The Amount Of Fuel Ordered And Adblue Will Not Be Less Than:- Pb 95 Gasoline- 20-Liter Gasoline- 30,000 Liters, Adblue - 30 Liters. The Number Of Fuel Cards Is Provided By The Employer: 6 Cards Assigned To Vehicles And 3 Bearer Cards. Crests Must Allow The Purchase Of 95 Unleaded Gasoline, Diesel Oil And Adblue. The Cards Must Register The Date And Place Of The Transaction, The Quantity And Value Of The Purchased Goods As Well As The Vehicles Registration Number/ Name Of The Device To Which The Goods Are Purchased. The Contractor Must Ensure The Use Of Fuel Cards At The Station Located Within A 15Km Radius From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party (I.E. The Forest District Oława, Bystrzyca, Ul. Lipowa 8, 55-200 Oława), And The Fuel Station In The Network Nationwide, Including Min. 5 Fuel Stations In Each Province. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Order Will Be Carried Out Throughout The Country.
