Technical Remarks: 1) The Presented Devices / Equipment Are Sample Solutions. 2) The Contractor May Apply Devices / Equipment For Any Manufacturers, Provided That The Requirements Resulting From Their Technical Descriptions Are Met.3) The Contractor Should Attach To The Offer Of The Technical Cards Of Devices / Equipment To Compare. Technical Cards Of The Proposed Devices / Equipment Should Include: Product Visualization, Size, Material, Technological Parameters, Combination Of Elements And Functionality Of Individual Devices / Equipment. 4) It Is Required To Maintain Quality, Aesthetic, Material, Size, Color, Technological Parameters, In Accordance With The Elements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. While In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Order Documents, Explanations To Swz, The Employer Indicates The Names Of The Manufacturers Of Materials, Devices, Etc., This Means That The Contractor May Accept The Solutions Indicated By The Contracting Authority Or Equivalent. However, The Contractor Must Show That The Materials, Devices Used, Etc. Are Equivalent. 5. All Terms And Names Of The Materials Are Only Used To Determine The Quality Parameters Of The Materials Used. Lack Of Specifying Special Requirements By The Employer Regarding The Standard Of Performance (Quality Of Materials, Equipment, Devices, Etc.) Means That The Contractor Will Fulfill His Duties When He Maintains The Average Standard Of Performance, After Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority. 6. The Employer Will Consider That The Offer Is Equivalent If It Presents The Subject Of The Contract With The Functional And Quality Properties Of The Same Or Better Than Those Specified In Swz, But Marked With Another Trademark, Patent Or Origin. At The Same Time, It Is Important That An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Is Not Identical, Identical To A Reference Product, But Has Some Features And Parameters Similar To The Contracting Authority. 7. In The Case Of Describing The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described, And Such As Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
