The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Three Tasks Constituting One Order: 2.1. Task No The Scope Of The Task Includes, In Particular:- Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Administrative Building With A Change In The Way Of Use To A Nursery, Including, Among Others, The Demolition Of Walls • Demolition Of Floors • Forging Of Window And Door Openings • Execution Of Water Installations. - Canopy • Implementation Of The Central Heating Installation • Execution Of Electrical Installation • Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation- Renovation Of The Roof Of An Administrative Building, Including :• Demolition Of The Existing Roof Covering Of Asbesto-Cement Plates And Their Utilization • Demolition Of Existing Flashings • Making A New Roof Covering From The Sheet Metal Labels • Performing New Flashings- Construction Of A Terrace- Construction Of A Square At The Platform- Construction Of A Square Along With The Fence- Construction Of Access To The Playground- Construction Of An Internal And Tank Gas Installation With A 4850 Liter Ground Tank- Construction Of A Liquid Waste Tank- Hardening Of The Plot- Making A Band Around The Building- Making A Panel Fence With A Gate And A Gate- Complementary And Finishing Works: The Order Includes The Supply Of Equipment Indicated In Item 377-385 Bill Of Quantities For Task No. 1-Annex 11 To Swz. The Order Does Not Include The Delivery Of Toys. 2.2. Task No. 2-Thermomodernization Of The Nursery Building As Part Of The Task To Create 24 New Care Places Under The Active Toddler Program 2022-2029 In The Municipal Nursery In Chąśno 44A. The Scope Of The Task Includes, In Particular:- Insulation Of External Walls Of The Building- Insulation Of The Ceiling Of The Second Floor- Securing The Layer Of Thermal Insulation With Thin-Layer Plaster- Renovation Of Chimneys Above The Roof- Replacement Of Flashings And All External Window Sills Of The Building- Installation Of Lighting Fittings- Assembly Of External Photovoltaic Installations With Energy Storage Execution Of An Electrical Installation From Photovoltaic Installation To The Main Switchgear - Complementary And Finishing Works2.3. Task No. 3 - Renovation Of Rooms In The Municipal Building In Chąśno, The Second 44A. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular:- Demolition And Disassembly Works, Including, Among Others, Disassembly Of The Door With Frames And Windows • Disassembly Of Electrical Installation Components (Luminaires, Switches And Sockets, Fittings For Re-Assembly, Installation Of New Switches And Sockets) • Dismantling Of Radiators With Housings For Re-Assembly: Sanitary Facilities • Demolition Of Partition Walls • Widening Of Door Openings • Disassembly Of Ventilation Grilles • Scraping And Washing Of Old Paint • Dismantling Of The Balustrade • Dismantling Of Sanitary And Water Supply Sewage
