    The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Part Of The Rooms In Building No. 6 Ul. Saperska 1 In Olsztyn In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) Constituting An Attachment To Swz, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law In The Republic Of Poland. Qualitative Standards Relating To All Relevant Features Of The Subject Of The Contract Have Been Included In The Documents And In Related Provisions. In The Case Of Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions Taking Into Account The Purpose For Which This Solution Is To Serve. Possible Own Names Given In The Descriptions Are Not Aimed At Violating Art. 16, 99 And 103 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Designed To Specify Expectations In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Subject, I.E. Qualitative, Functional And Technological Of The Contracting Authority.
