Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant In Krzyżanowice

1. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Works And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Krzyżanowice, Including The Performance Of All Works Described In The Documentation: The Project, Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Pre -Emptive Of Works, Which From A Technical Point Of View Are Necessary For Proper Performance And Commissioning Of The Task In Question. The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others, The Implementation Of The Access Road From The Border Of The Dk Plot (Without Exit);  Installation Of The Mechanical And Biological Sewage Treatment Plant With A Power Supply, Automation Equipped With A Low-Burned Rotary Circular Deposits With A Catchment Station Enabling The Introduction Of Sewage From Sanitary Vehicles;  Installation Of A Station With A Monitoring System, Notification For The Manager, Notification For The Manager, Alarm Informing About Burglary, Supervision System Through Cameras, Control Panel, Etc.  Discharge To The Ditch;  Execution Of The Fence With The Entrance Gate;  Assembly Of A Solar Lamp. 2. Location Of The Object: Krzyżanowice, Ul. Liberation, Plot No. 399, 398.3. Work Should Be Carried Out As Industry Arrangements. All Costs And Fees Related To The Performance Of All The Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task Should Be Included In Its Offer. 4. All Building Material Before Their Use Should Be Agreed With The Employer, And Before Embedding The Materials, Submit Their Designs And Technical Cards Of The Ma-Terrails Used, Approvals, Certificates And Other Documents To The Supervision Inspector, Confirming The Compliance Of Technical Parameters With A Construction And Executive Design. These Materials Will Be Built Up After Obtaining Approval Of The Contracting Authority. 5. The Materials And Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Should Correspond As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Application In Construction Specified In The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418), Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And Requirements Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Swz. 6. The Contractor Shall Make Reports To Supervision Inspectors And Relevant Services, Works To Make Measurements Or Assess The Technical Condition, As A Consequence Of All Acceptance. 7. The Task Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Principles Of Which From A Legal And Technical Point Of View Are Necessary For Proper Performance And Commissioning Of The Task In Question. 8. The Contractor Should Include All Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation And Use Of The Task Entrusted To Him, Perform All Activities Related To Compliance With Health And Safety Rules And Maintaining Order At The Construction Sit
