Tenders Are Invited For Installation Of Air Conditioning In The Building Of The Poviat Eldership In Tczew

4.1 The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Is To Perform Air Conditioning In The Indicated Rooms Of The Poviat Eldership Building In Tczew, In Accordance With The Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting The Content Of Annex 5 To Swz-A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including In Particular With A Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As: Pfu). 4.2 The Order Includes: Designing, Delivery And Assembly Of New, Unused Air Conditioning Devices Together With The Completion Of Accompanying Renovation And Construction And Installation Works. 4.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current F-Gaz Certificate For Entrepreneurs Issued By The Office Of Technical Inspection, Confirming The Contractors Rights To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Installation, Maintenance Or Servicing, Repair And Liquidation Of Refrigeration Equipment, Air Conditioning Or Heat Pumps - Issued On The Basis Of Art. 30 Para. 7 Of The Act Of 15 May 2015 On Substances Impoverishing The Ozone Layer And On Some Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Journal Of Laws Of 2020 Item 2065). The Contractor Will Provide A Copy Of The Certificate Referred To Above Before Signing The Contract (In Accordance With Point 20.3.1 Swz) .4.4 Work Related To The Installation Of Air Conditioning Installations Must Be Carried Out By Persons With Necessary Permissions, Including In Particular F-Gasseet Certificate And Sep G1.4.7 Qualifications Qualitative And Material Requirements And Equivalent Solutions: 4.7.1 Contractor Will Make The Subject Of The Contract With Use Materials, Equipment And Own Equipment. To Perform, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Factory New Materials, Guaranteeing The Appropriate Quality, With Technical And Quality Parameters Specified In The Project Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Approvals And Certificates At Each Request Of The Employer. 4.7.2 Wherever The Subject Of The Order Was Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Do Not Reduce The Appropriate Approvals Specified In The Documentation And They Will Have Required Certificates, Certificates Or Certificates Admission And Also Ensure The Performance Of The Contract As Expected And Requirements Of The Employer Specified In Swz. 4.7.3 To All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Special Process As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Project Documentation Are Added Or Equivalent.
