The Thermomodernization Of The Building Will Consist In The Implementation Of: Modernization Of Central Heating Installations, Replacement Of Existing Windows, Insulation Of The Attic Under The Attic, Replacement Of External Doors, Insulation Of External Walls By The Ground, Warming External Walls With Heat Plaster, Replacement Of Electrical Installations, Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Building. Basic Purpose Of The Building: Public Utility Building (Category Xii), In Free -Standing Buildings - 2 Floors. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Dobromierz Commune. The Building Is Located In The Area Entered In The Monument Register. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Archaeological Research That Will Supervise Robots, Including: Obtaining A Decision - Permission To Conduct Archaeological Research, Conducting Archaeological Research, Submitting A Report On Research To The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Present The Ordering Chiropterological And Ornithological Opinions Before Starting The Work. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In The Project Documentation. The Contractor, Whose Offer Will Be Considered The Most Advantageous, Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Employer Before Signing The Contract Of An Offer Cost Estimate. The Color Of The Facade And The Form And Color Of The New Window And Door Joinery Will Be Determined With The Ordering Party And A Representative Of The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments, Delegation In Wałbrzych At The Stage Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Task Is Implemented As Part Of The Project: Program For The Modernization Of Public Buildings In The Dobromierz Commune (Pm Bup) In Connection With The Partnership For The Implementation Of A Project Co-Financed From The Funds Program For Lower Silesia 2021-2027, Priority Axis Ix, Action 9.5 Environmental Transformation, Sub-Measure 9.5.B Renovation Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings.
