1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Warming The Roof Of The Building At Ul. Wesoła 30 In Suwałki, Owned By The Commune Of Suwałki. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Roof Insulation With A 15 Cm Thick Polystyrene, 2) Flashings, 3) Chimneys, 4) Opening, Sealing Ventilation Ducts. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz - Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Auxiliary Bill Of Quantities, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.5. The Order Should Be Processed In Accordance With The Opz, Applicable Regulations Of The Construction Law, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 6. The Warranty Period Required By The Employer For Completed Construction Works At Least 4 Years, Maximum 5 Years From The Date Of The Work Acceptance. 7. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Contracting Authority Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters. Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 3) In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described.
