    Work Detail

    1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, To The Following Address: Korolówka-Osada 16A And To The Address Korolówka-Osada 1, 22-200 Włodawa, A Wood Pellet In An Amount Of About 60 Tons In Deliveries Of About 6 Tons In Big Bags, Usually Once A Week, For The Period Of The Contract, I.E. Until 31.12.2025 Cpv Code 09-11-14-00-42. The Wood Pellets Must Meet The Requirements Under Enplus Confirming Compliance With En 14961-2 In Class A1. In Connection With The Pneumatic Fuel Administration System, The Ordering Party Requires A Pellet With A Length Of Max. Up To 2.50 Cm. 3. The Wood Pellets Should Be Delivered At The Expense Of The Supplier, With A Transport With A Permanent Hydraulic Lever, Which Is Used To Unload Heavy Supplies: A) To The Chute In The Building Of The Boarding School Korolówka-Osada 1, Located At An Altitude Of About 1.2 Meters From The Level Of Pavement Hardening, B) To The Building Of The Korolówka-Osada School Workshops. Unloading To The Screw Feeder, Height Approx. 1 Meter From The Level Of Hardening Of The Surface. 4. The Contracting Authority, Due To The Unpredictability Of Weather, Reserves The Right To Buy More Or Not Fully Realize The Supply Of Pellets. The Supplier Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority Due To Non -Realizing The Suppliers. In Addition, The Contracting Authority In Connection With The Failures Of The Pneumatic Pellet System Reserves The Right To Order A Pellets Also In Bags In The Range Of 15 To 25 Kg.
