    1 6- Minimum Engine Power: 160Km- Cabin Min. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 5 To This Swz. In The Case Of Use In The Above -Mentioned Attachments To This Swz Names Of Materials, Brands, Producers Or Trademarks Should Be Treated As Examples, Aimed At Clarifying The Subject Of The Contract, And Specifying The Technical And Quality Standard. The Contracting Authority Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Utility And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Provide Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Founded In This Swz And Attachments To It. In The Case Of The Above -Mentioned Attachments To The Above -Mentioned Swz, The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approved, Specifications Technical And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Indicates That He Allows The Equivalent Solutions Described. The Contractor Who Cites Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Show That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party In This Swz And Attachments To It. 3. The Contractor Covers Transport Costs, Is Responsible For Correct Transport Conditions And Bears The Costs Of Removing Any Damage During Delivery. 4. The Contractor Will Issue A Car With Full Fuel And Operating Fluids To The Ordering Person. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Mount The Vehicle Referred To In Para. 1, Rescue And Fire-Fighting Equipment Supplied By The Employer.
