    The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of An Excavator With Equipment. Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract. 1. The Excavator And Equipment Must Come From Serial Production, It Is Not Allowed To Offer A Vehicle From Unit Production And One Whose Parameters Have Been Changed In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements Of This Procedure, 2. The Machine Must Be After Zero Inspection. 3. The Main Drive Components Of The Machine, I.E. Engine, Gearbox, Drive Bridges Manufactured By One Manufacturer. 4. The Warranty Period For The Excavator At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order Without Reservations. 5. The Supplied Excavator Must Have:- User Manual In Polish,- Warranty Book,- Declaration Of Compliance In The Ce Or Equivalent Sign,- Firefighting, Aid Kit, Warning Triangle, Lubricant, Basic Tool Set. 6. The Contractor Must Have Adequate Facilities In The Form Of An Authorized Stationary Service (Repair Workshop In A Radius Of Up To 100 Km) And A Mobile Service Ensuring Warranty And Post -Warranty Service With A Response Time Not Longer Than 48H From The Date Of Reporting The Fault. 7. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training In The Current Service Of The Excavator. The Training Should Be Conducted At The Employer When Starting The Machine And Should Include A Scope Enabling The Correct Operation Of The Machine.
