    4.1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, I.E. The Purchase Of Energy With The Distribution Service For The Facilities Listed In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, With A Size Of 404 258 Kwh, To Ppe Given In Annex 1 To Swz - Basic Order, 4.2. In The Course Of The Contract, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Energy (In The Range To +/- 15% Relative To The Amount Of Energy For The Basic Order: 4.2.1. Increase In The Amount Of Electricity Will Occur On The Principle Of The Right Option. Principles, Scope And Manner Of Exercising By The Ordering Party The Right Options Are Described In Paragraph 1 (2 (2) (3)) On The Basis And The Manner Described In Par. Electrical Will Take Place On The Conditions Specified By The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law And In Accordance With The Provisions Issued To This Act, In Particular With The Quality Standards Of Recipient Service Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of November 29, 2022 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Electricity. Distribution Is Regulated By The Ordinance Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of 22 March 2023 On The Detailed Conditions Of Functioning Of The Power System And The Act Of 15 February 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources Together With Executive Files To The Act.
