    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Services Consisting In The Comprehensive Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Bystra-Sidzina Commune In The Winter Season 2025/2026. The Task Includes Preventive Measures, Liquidation Of Slippery And Snow Removal, Using Your Own Materials And Your Own Equipment And Transport; 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 10 To Swz3. The Works Should Be Done To Maintain A Constant Road Passage. The Contractor Prepares, Collects And Stores Materials For Conducting Winter Campaigns On His Own. 4. The Total Length Of Roads Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 10 To Swz. Pursuant To The Attachment - Standard Vi Is The Only Required Standard In Which Municipal Roads Should Be Maintained. 5. The Remuneration Will Be Paid According To Actually Completed Works, Calculated On The Basis Of Unit Prices Resulting From The Contractors Offer. 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of Services Specified In This Swz. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Deliver The Sprinkling Material To Housing Estate Roads In An Amount Of About 80 T.
