    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In 24 -Hour Protection Of Persons, Property And Facilities In The Provincial Independent Team Of Public Health Care Center. Prof. Eugeniusz Wilczkowski In Gostynin - Plot No. 6721/3 - In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of 22 August 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532); 2) With The Plan Of Protected Of The Ordering Party Developed By The Contractor; 3) A Contract Concluded With The Contractor. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) To Protect Objects Such As: A) Pavilion No. 1 (Team Administration, Emergency Room, General Outpatient Clinic, Files Depot, Laboratory Diagnostics Laboratory, Clinics, Other), B) Pavilion No. 2 (Care And Treatment Facility), C) Pavilion No. 3 (Neurological Rehabilitation Branch Psychiatric Iii, Administrative Rooms, Server Room), D) Pavilion No. 4 (Daily Branch, Pharmacy, Other), E) Pavilion No. 6 (Psychogeriatrics Branch, 24 -Hour Alcohol Addiction Therapy Department /Cotua /, Alcohol Treatment Department Of Abstinence Syndromes /Olaza /Olaza /), F Server Room), G) Oil-Gas Boiler Room, H) Workshop And Garages Building, Including Garages, Hydrophore, Medical Waste Storage, I) Magazine S (Tr), J) Warehouse Shed, K) Water Intake (Speedulls No. 1A And No. 4), L) Sacc For Tools, Ł) Team Area And Other Facilities Located On Plot No. 6721/3;
