The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Eco -Pea Coal To The Heating Season 2025/2026 For The Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej I Mieszkaniowej In Lubień Kujawski. Delivery Of Eco-Pea Coal In A Total Estimated Amount Of 120 Tons With Working Parameters No Worse Than:- Sorting- Eco-Pea Coal,- Grainage 3-25 (30) Mm,- Sinterness Ri Max To 10,- Calorific Value Above 26000Kj/Kg,- Ash Content Up To 9%,- Sulfur Content Up To 0.6%,- Moisture Content Up To 15%.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Supplier Will Deliver Fuel To The Boiler Room In Kamienna In Several Parts, Within The Time Limit And In Quantities Agreed With The Employer, Means Of Transport With A Capacity Of Not More Than 12 Tons, Resulting From The Technical Conditions Of Roads And The Place Of Delivery. Deliveries Should Take Place Between 8:00 And 14:00, Preceded By The Fact Of Weighing In The Presence Of An Employee Of This Unit. Weighing Will Take Place In The Commune Of Lubień Kujawski With A Loaded Car And After Unloading. Each Time After Weighing, A Document Specifying The Weight Will Be Issued, Which Will Be The Basis For Issuing An Invoice. At Each Delivery, The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide A Certificate Of An Independent Entity Authorized To Control Quality Confirming That The Supplied Products Correspond To Specific Standards Or Technical Specifications. This Certificate Also Should Be Attached When Submitting An Invoice For Delivery. Pursuant To The Amendment To The Act On Excise Duty, There Are No Reasons For The Application Of Excise Duty Exemptions (The Regulation Of The Excise Duty Due Is The Responsibility Of The Supplier). The Designer In The Price Of The Offer Must Take Into Account The Total Cost Of Performing The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Cost Of Transport, Loading, Unloading, As Well As Other Costs Incurred By The Contractor. The Supplier Will Not Be Able To Demand An Increase In Remuneration. 4. In Connection With The Entry Into Force From January 2, 2012.
