    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 100 Pieces Of Aii In One Computers Together With The Operating System For The Needs Of The Targówek District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Fit For Its Proper Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Declarations And Must Meet The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Qualitative Standards That Constitute Annex 4 To Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Set Of Wires With Computers That Will Allow It To Be Properly Operated. 4. The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A Quality Guarantee For The Provided Computer Equipment For A Period Of 5 Years. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope And Manner And Requirements For The Performance Of The Contract Are Specified In: A) The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 3 To Swz, B) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Qualitative Standards Of Ordered Deliveries - Annex 4 To Swz.6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Justification: The Subject Procedure Is Part Of The Order For The Supply Of Equipment. Individual Parts Are The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. 8. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform In Person By The Contractor With Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Contract. 9. The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 10. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require A Bid Bond.
