Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The Łękawica Commune

1. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Services Related To The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads As Well As Other Accompanying Facilities To The Ordering Party. Roads, I.E. Parking Lots, Squares, Pavements. The Object Of The Contract, I.E. Running A Winter Action, Includes In Particular: A) Snow Removal; B) Fighting Winter Slippery By Sprinkling The Surface With Relief Materials And Road Salt. 2. The Commune Head Or Coordinator Of The Winter Campaign Will Undertake And Provide The Contractor With Information About The Start And Support Of Winter Action According To The Prevailing Weather Conditions And The Situation. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct 24 -Hour Observations Of Atmospheric Phenomena That Affect The Overhanging Of Passage On Municipal Roads. 4. In Annex 4, Swz Indicated A List Of Roads 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Individual Commissioning The Need To Snow Removal Or Combat Slippery Of Superstitions That Are Not On The List. 6. The Order Includes Snow Removal And Removing Winter Slippery By Sprinkling Soladrog Pavement And Reinforcing Materials Allowed For Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. Materials Necessary To Remove Winter Slippery Will Be Provided By The Employer. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor: A) To Have A Place For Storage Of Road Salt And Relief Materials That Do Not Cause Nuisance To The Environmental; B) Protect The Road Against External Factors Such As Rain, Snow. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Have Equipment Intended For Sowing Of The Sinking/Loose Material And Road Salt. 8. In The Case Of A Warehouse And Hardware Base By The Contractor Outside The Łękawica Commune, The Work Time Will Be Counted From The Moment The Equipment Entry Into The Administrative Area Of ​​The Łękawica Commune. 9. The Contractor Is Required To Proceed With The Subject Of The Contract During The Time Given In The Offer But Sooner Than 90 Minutes After Issuing The Disposition By The Ordering Party Or The Coordinator Of Winter Action. 10. During The Provision Of Services Related To Winter Road Maintenance, The Contractor Will Comply With The Registration Bird And Other Provisions In Force In This Respect. The Employer Is Not Liable For Any Damage To The Contractor During The Performance Of Services. 11. The Performers 24 -Hour Availability And The Need To Have A Publicly Available Numberutelephon. 12. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Services Is 600 Hours.
