Tenders are invited for Supply of White Basmati Rice on an as and when Required Basis for a Period of Twelve Months. 1. The Police Department is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government e-Procurement System for the Procurement of White Basmati Rice on an as and when required basis for a period of twelve months. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: POLICE/IFB/2025/1782 3. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Tuesday 21 October 2025 up to 10.30 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 21 October 2025from 16.01 hours till Thursday 23 October 2025 up to 10.25 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday 23 October 2025 at 10.30 hours.
