Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of The Footbridge Along Ul. Przemysłowa Over The Pkp Line In Konin

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of: Renovation Of The Footbridge Along Przemysłowa Street Above The Pkp Line In Konin. The Main Assumption Of The Renovation Of The Footbridge Is To Restore The Original State, Maintain The Building In Good Condition, Extend The Period Of Its Trouble -Free Operation And Improving User Safety. The Works Will Consist Mainly Of Dismantling/Demolition Of Degraded Elements Of The Object Along With Its Equipment And Their Restoration, Repairing The Above -Ground Elements Of Supports, Plate Structures, Backwater Walls, Cornices, Slope Stairs, Repair Of Equipment Elements, Replacement Of Bearings By Lifting It (Lever), Replacement Of Balustrades And Making A New Pavement Surface On The Object And New Security. Anti -Corrosive Concrete Surfaces. 2. Details Of Individual Scope Of Works Are Found In The Project Documentation (Annex 6 To Swz) Including: 2.1. Executive Design For The Renovation Of The Footbridge And Renovation Of The Slope Stairs At The Footbridge. 2.2. Bill Of Quantities. 2.3. Stwiorb. 3. Note: 3.1. The Scope Of All Renovation Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With: Executive Project For The Renovation Of The Footbridge Along Ul. Przemysłowa Over The Pkp Line (Project From June 2021) And With An Executive Project For The Renovation Of Slope Stairs At The Pedestrian Footbridge (Project From June 2025). The Ranges Of Works Resulting From The Above -Mentioned Projects And Bill Of Quantities Are Closely Related And Should Be Treated In Total. 3.2. The Position Is Deleted: 12.1.2.Tj. Supplements Of The Railing Components At The Slope Stairs (...) - Do Not Value (Enter 0.00). Balustrades By The Stairs Are Included As Part Of The Executive Project (From 2025) To The Renovation Of The Slope Stairs At The Pedestrian Footbridge. 3.3. Technical Conditions Contained In The Construction Project (Part D.) Railway Arrangements Of Pkp, I.E. From Page 33 - 41 And Z Sp. The Axle, I.E. From Page 43 - 44, Remain In Force But Have Been Updated And Their Updates Are In A Separate File Under The Name: Conditions And Arrangements 2025. 3.4. The Facility Should Be Closed No Earlier Than From The Moment Of Starting Construction Works, I.E. 2026.3.5. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Perform A Local Vision In The Field, Where The Work Is To Be Carried Out And Obtained All Relevant Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer. 4. The Required Warranty For The Robots Is 5 Years. The Required Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Is Also 5 Years. The Contracting Authority Provides For Extending The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Criterion For Assessing Offers (Chapter Xv Swz).
