1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Reconstruction Of The Outbuilding At The Municipal Cemetery At Ul. May 1 In Knurów, Including: 1) Reconstruction Of Internal Partition Walls, 2) Making An Additional Hole In The Outer Wall, 3) Making An Additional Foundation Bench For The Designed Internal Wall, 4) Liquidation Of The Wooden Housing Of The Hoods And Gutters And The Housing Of The Upper Part Of The Peak Walls, 5) Shift Of External Roof Beams Together With Complementing The Posts Under The Housing, 6) Replacement Roof, 7) Renovation Of Chimneys Above The Roof, 8) Insulation Of The Flat Roof, 9) Insulation Of External Walls, 10) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, 11) Making A Gravel Band Around The Building, Supplementing The Surface From The Ankle, 12) Replacement Of Internal Installations, 13) Demolition Of Floor Layers, 14) Implementation Of New Floor Layers, 15) System Roofs Above The Entrances To The Building, 17) Developing A Certificate Of Energy Characteristics In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 29 August 2014 On The Energy Characteristics Of Buildings, 18) Accompanying Works (Demolition And Preparatory Works, Reproduction Of The Surface And Lawns Damaged During Works, Etc.). 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contract Is Determined By: Design Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities And The Arrangements Resulting From The Contract Template. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read Swz And Its Attachments And Process The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In Them. 3. The Employer Allows The Use Of Devices And Materials Equivalent Wherever He Described The Subject Of The Order In The Design Documentation By Means Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. 4. Providing Types Of Devices, Catalog Cards, Descriptions, Drawings And Manufacturers Names Should Be Treated As Examples. 5. All Parameters, Including Technical And Operational Parameters As Well As The Functional Parameters Of Devices And Materials Used By The Contractor When The Contract Processing Must Meet The Requirements Indicated In Swz And Its Attachments. Changing Any Of The Devices, Elements, Materials, Etc. Should Take Into Account All Technical Parameters That Are Relevant From The Point Of View Of The Object As A Whole, As Well As Specific Architectural And Construction Restrictions As Well As Land Development. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant A Quality Guarantee For The Performed Subject Of The Contract (Labor And Materials) For The Period Declared In The Offer, Not Less Than 36 Months. The Warranty Period Will Start On The Day Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract.
