The Didactic Building At A. Armii Krajowej 36A In Częstochowa Is A Basement Building With 5 Ground Floors, With A Usable Area Of ​​4063 M2 And A Height Of 18 Mm. The Order Is Financed From The Resources Of A Special Subsidy Of The Ministry Of Science And Higher Education Intended For Financing The Investment Under The Name Adaptation Of The Building At Al. Armii Krajowej 36A And Funds (Own Contribution) Of The Ordering Party. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Design Documentation And The Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) Under The Name Thermorenovation With The Expansion With The External Elevator Of The Didactic Building Of The Jan Długosz Academy In Częstochowa Together With A Description Defining The Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Under This Contract (The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Implementation Of Part Of The Works Provided For In The Project Documentation). The Existing State In The Case Of The Garage Part Differs From The State Presented In The Design Documentation, As This Part Was Rebuilt In 2023 On The Basis Of A Separate Study. The Contracting Authority Turns On The Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Garage Part. 7. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Taking A Local Vision Before The Deadline For Submitting Bids. 8. The Applicant Requires That The Contractor Grant Warranty And Warranty For Completed Construction Works As Well As Materials And Devices Used. Warranty Period And Warranty: 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.
