Due To The Inability To Exclude The Strictly Scope Covered By This Procedure, All Technical Documentation Has Been Made Available. In Connection With The Modernization Of Lighting And The Use Of Modern Led Luminaires, A Change In The Nature Of The Load On The Electrical Installation Is Expected, Including The Increase In The Share Of Passive Power And Deterioration Of The Power Factor. This Phenomenon May Result In Increased Electricity Fees And Reduce The Effect Of Savings Resulting From Lighting Replacement. Therefore, It Is Necessary To Use The Svg Subsequent Reactive Power Compensation, Which Will Ensure Dynamic And Precise Regulation Of The Power Factor, Eliminating The Risk Of Additional Costs And Improving The Stability And Quality Of Energy In The Facility. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Spare Work In The Following Scope: The Scope Of Work Including The Replacement Of Lighting Fittings, Which, After The Recently Made Replacement, Do Not Require Re -Replacement, Will Be Replaced By Spare Work, Consisting In Resignation From The Replacement Of Lighting Luminaires In The Facility (Covered By The Subject Of The Contract) For Delivery, Assembly And Starting The System Of Subsequent Svg Type Compensation And Svg Integration Of The Svg System With The Existing Electrical Installation Of The Object. The Resignation From The Replacement Of Luminaires For The System Of Followed By Svg Reactive Power Compensation Must Be Approved By The Supervision Inspector.
