    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Renovation Of The Building Of The District Prosecutors Office In Lubliniec, Including Roof And Chimneys, Renovation Of The Facade, Renovation Of The Interior Of The Rooms And Renovation Of Electrical Installations. Working Of Works To Perform: A. Renovation Of Piwnicab Rooms. Renovation Of Terperuc Rooms. Renovation Of Floors. Renovation Of Facades. Other Work2. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To:  Mark The Construction Site (Information Boards, Warning) And Is Recommended Before The Contractors Proceeding To Take An Inspection Of The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Supplementary Ones Required By The Ordering Party: Making The Receipt Documentation In Two Copies In Polish (Framed In Binders With A Detailed Table Of Content) Containing At Least: A) Original/Photocopy Of The Construction/Work Log, B) Original Written Statement Of The Construction Manager With Content In Accordance With Art. 57 Of The Construction Law, C) List Of Built -In Materials Along With Documents Confirming Their Admission To The Polish Republic, D) Electronic Version (In The Amount Consistent With The Paper Version) Of Acceptance Documents On The Cd/Dvd.4. The Contractor Will Provide A 5 -Year Warranty For The Performed Subject Of The Order. Warranty Period Equal To The Warranty Period. If Opz Defines A Longer Warranty For Given Elements, A Longer Guarantee Applies. 5.
