    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Archival Resource Relocation Service And Movable Property For The State Archives In Warsaw. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Relocation Of All Archival Materials (Hereinafter Referred To As Archives), Which Are The Resource Of The State Archives In Warsaw, From The Building Located At Ul. Górna 7 In Otwock, 05-400 Otwock (Branch Of The State Archives In Warsaw), To The Target Location At The State Archives In Warsaw, The Branch Branch In Milanówek At Ul. Okrzei 1, 05-822 Milanówek, And The Performance Of The Transport And Rental Service To Store The Material Compositions Of The Movable Property (Furniture, Office And Storage Equipment) In The Warehouse Of The Contractor. 3. The Service Will Include The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Appropriate Protection, Packing Archival Materials At The Apw Facility In Otwock, Loading To The Car, Transport To The Apw Facility In Milanówek, Unpacking Archival Materials To Shelves In The Storage Room. 2) Stage Ii - Starting And Properly Packing And Describing Storage Shelves From A Perforated Angle. 3) Stage Iii - Appropriate Security, Packing And Transport Of Movable Property (Equipment) To The Storage Site. 4) Stage Iv - Warehouse Space Rental Service To Store Movable Property For 15 Months. 4. The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Relocation Of The Archival Resource Must Be Completed In Accordance With Ordinance No. 13 Of July 24, 2025 Of The Supreme Director Of State Archives On The Organization Of Transport Of Archival Materials Implemented By State Archives In Poland. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Contract Are Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
