    Delivery Of An Electric Vehicle With A Maximum Total Weight Exceeding 3.5 T., But Not Exceeding 12 T., Vehicle Category N2, Adapted For Waste Collection - Selectively Collected Fraction, In The Form Of Financial Leasing For Kpwik Sp. Z O.O. In The Na Nadyni Notecius. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Defines As A Binding Way Of Financing The Order - Financial Leasing. 2. Basic Conditions Of Financial Leasing. The Financial Leasing May Be Concluded On The Standard Template Of The Contract Applied By The Contractor, Subject To The Following Relevant Provisions Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Make Vat Payments Within 30 Days From The Date Of The Contract, In The Form Of A Transfer Based On The Data For The Transfer Specified By The Contractor; 3) Fee For Transferring Ownership Of 1% Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Lease. Currency: Polish Zloty (Pln); 6) Number Of Leasing Installments: 36 Per Month Equal, Unchanging Leasing Installments With A Fixed, Unchanging Interest Rate During The Contract, Payable Once A Month Based On The Repayment Schedule Attached To The Contract; 7) The Interest Rate Of Leasing Will Be Permanent In The Entire Leasing Period Calculated Based On A Fixed Rate; 8) Blanco; 9) The Price And Leasing Installment Will Include All Costs Associated With Leasing;
