Package 1 - Purchase And Delivery Of New Furniture For The Needs Of The Investment And Development Department Of The Łódź Voivodship Office In Łódź (Rotary Cabinets) 1. Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 1A To Swz And Are Also Technical Forms That Should Be Submitted With The Offer. The Technical Form Is Not Completed Or Improved. Fierying Or Attachment Of An Unpaid Technical Form To The Offer Form Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 2. The Manner Of Processing The Order Results From The Content Of Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.3. The Employer Allows Submission Of Partial Offers In Accordance With The Division Specified By The Ordering Party In Chapter Ii Para. 3 Swz. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Part, For More Than One Part Or For All Parts Of The Order. 4. The Contractor At His Own Expense Will Bring Furniture To The Rooms Indicated By The Employer, Their Regulation, And Also Set Furniture In The Indicated Places. Installation Of Furniture At The Contracting Authority Is Impossible, The Contractor Will Provide A Completely Complex, New Furniture. 5. If In Any Documents With The Help Of Which The Subject Of The Contract Was Described, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterized The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Should Be Interpreted As Recalling Specific Standards, And Not As A Requirement For The Use Of Specific Solutions - The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In Each Case. 6. The Warranty Date For The Furniture Delivered For The Parts And Which The Contractor Provides To The Employer Is One Of The Criteria For The Assessment Of Offers That Will Be Assessed In Accordance With Chapter Xiii Swz. The Employer Sets The Minimum Required Period Of Warranty Granted By The Contractor For The Furniture Delivered For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing By The Parties Without Reservation Of The Furniture Collection Protocol. 7. Subcontracting: 1) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order (Subcontractors). 2) The Contracting Authority Requires, Pursuant To Art. 462 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors, The Contractor Indicates In The Offer Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provided (If They Know At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors
