    1. The Subject Is The Successive Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Wrocław, At Ul. Nicolaus Copernicus 9, Foodstuffs, I.E. Part 1 - Good Free And Mineral Water. The Extended Subject Of The Contract Was Demonstrated And Described In Annex 1 To Swz. 2.1. The Contractor Undertakes To: A) The Sale Of Foodstuffs In Accordance With Annex 1 To The Contract; B) Delivery And Editions Of Ordered Foodstuffs. 2.2. The Issuing Of Purchased Items Will Take Place At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party From 6:00 To 12:00 The Same Or The Next Day After Placing The Order Via E-Mail (E-Mail) Or Phone. 2.3. The Contracting Authority And The Contractor May Unanimously Change The Date And Time Of Issuing Articles In The Case Of Specific Orders, Depending On The Needs And Unforeseen Situations. 2.4. The Contracting Authority Will Carry Out The Purchase Of Items On Average Three Times A Week. The Contracting Authority Reserves That He Will Also Make Purchases In Unforeseen Situations (E.G. On Saturdays). 3. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract In Question Contain A Draft Contract With Attachments, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz.
