    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Chemical Articles For Cleaning And Dishwashers For The Needs Of The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined In The Price Calculation, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require A Requirement For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 4. The Contracting Authority Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. The Contracting Authority Divides The Order Into Parts Under The Current Procedure And Thus Allows Partial Offers. 5. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Pzp.6 Act. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 8 Of The Pzp.7 Act. The Goods Will Be Delivered To The Central Magazine Located In The Nursing Home At Ul. Mączna 3 In Wrocław. 8. The Employer Reserves The Right: 1) Ordering A Smaller Quantity Than The Quantities Specified In The Price Calculation For Individual Items; 2) Resignation From Some Items Indicated In The Price Calculation, With A Possible Reduction In The Quantity Of Goods May Not Be Greater Than 50% In Relation To The Value Of Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Contract Specified As The Contractors Remuneration.
