The Advanced Microscopy Laboratory (Lma), Node Of The Singular Technical Scientific Installation (Icts) Elemi (Integrated Electronic Microscopy Infrastructure Of Materials), Has The Sem Service Integrated In The Nano -Affraction Area And Characterization Of Surfaces By Means Of Ions And Electrons (Dual Beam, Sem And Related). Through This, A Significant Number Of Users, So Many Inmates (University Of Zaragoza) As External. Specifically, The Data Of The Year 2024 Indicate That This Equipment Has Been Used By 27 Research Groups Belonging To The University Of Zaragoza, 7 Research Groups Of Spanish Public Research Organizations (Opi), And 7 Companies. The Incorporation Of The New Technical Scientific Equipment Consisting Of A Sem Team With Advanced Benefits Is A Significant Extension In The Technological Offer Of The Lma That Already Has Numerous Guarantee And Potential Users.
