    Construction Work - Design (In The Field Of Srk And Telecommunications Industry) And Execution Of Works For The Task Entitled: Episode 3 - Construction Works On The Railway Line No. 201 Episode Wierzchucin - Lipowa Tucholska And Episode Maksymilianowo - Wierzchucin (In The Field Of Building A Dynamic Passenger Information System And Video Monitoring System) As Part Of The Project Works On The Maksymilianowo - Kościerzyna Section. Period Of Order Processing: 1) Basic Scope - 40 (Forty) Months From The Date Of The Contract, In Accordance With § 4 Of The Terms Of The Contract, Located In Volume Ii Swz, Including: A) Completion Of All Works (Subject To Point B) Below And Excluding The Option To The Interface), Found By The Contracting Authority Of The Last Final Reception, Including The Transfer Of Complete Awards To The Ordering Related To The Certification Process Together With Certificates Issued By The Notified Unit And A Complete Application To The Office Of Railway Transport - 32 (Thirty -Two) Months From The Date Of The Contract, B) Providing The Contracting Authority With Permits To Allow The Operation Of Structural Subsystems, In Accordance With The Act On Rail Transport - Not Longer Than Within 8 (Eight) Months From The Date Of The Employer Final Acceptance. 2) The Interface Option - Not Less Than 6 Months, With The Proviso That The Deadline Indicated By The Employer Will Not Be Longer Than 4 Years From The Date Of Launching The Option To The Interface. The Employer Will Have The Right To Launch The Interface Options Throughout The Entire Period Of Works And The Warranty Period, No Later Than Before The Warranty Period For The Scope Of Works Regarding Railway Traffic Control Devices. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Contractor Is Obliged To Personally Perform Part Of The Contract In Accordance With Point 24.1 Idw.
