The Subject Of This Order Is The Service Of Performing A Wide Panel Of Proteo Research In Proximity Extension Assay Technology For The National Oncology Institute Of Maria Skłodowska - Curie -State Research Institute Of The Branch In Gliwice, Hereinafter Referred To As The Employer. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Attachments: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, List Of Proteins Undergoing Analysis - Annex 2 To Swz, 2) The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract, Which Will Be Entered Into The Content Of The Contract - Annex 4 To Swz. 3. The Binding Date Of The Offer Is: 90 Days. The Binding Date Of The Offer Begins With The Deadline For Submitting Offers. This Day Is The First Day Of The Offer Binding Date. The Above Means That The Date Of Binding The Offer Is On 18.01.2026. 4. The Deadline For Performing The Subject Of The Contract: By 31.08.2029 Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Contract In These Proceedings Is Financed From The Funds Of The Medical Research Agency, The Abovementioned The Deadline Is A Deadline. 5. Offer Evaluation Criterion: Only Price Criterion, In Accordance With Swz Entries. 6. The Ordering Party In This Tender Procedure Will Apply The Procedure Specified In Art. 139 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act.
