The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Server Software In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex 1 To The Draft Contract. 2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Perpetual (Indefinite) Licenses For The Following Microsoft Server Software: 1) Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter (16 Cres) - 45 Pcs Or Equivalent Product; 2) Microsoft Windows Server 2025 User Cal - 1 100 Pcs Or Equivalent Product; 3) Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Rds User Cal - 200 Pcs Or Equivalent Product; 4. Equivalence Conditions Are Indicated In Opz.
