    Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock-Repair At The P5 Ezt Series Maintenance Level En57-038. 3 1.1. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Modernize The Toilet And Monitoring System As Well As Additional Works. 2. In All Swz Entries And Its Attachments, Which Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Solutions Described In Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Indicated In Swz And Attachments If They Allow You To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Cited In Swz And Attachments. In The Case Of Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In Writing To Equivalent Technical Parameters Offered In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Purchaser Requires The Submission Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Para. 2 (If Concerned). If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Means Of Evidence In Question Or The Submitted Evidence In Question Will Be Incomplete, The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 107 Para. 2 Of The Pzp Act, He Will Call For The Submission Or Supplementation Of The Evidence In Question Referred To In Para. 2 (If Concerned). 4. A Detailed Description, Scope, Requirements And Manner Of The Order Was Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
