    This Proposal Covers The Provision Of Ongoing Managed Services Of The Town Of Princeton’S It Infrastructure And Replacement Of The Server Infrastructure.Provision Of Ongoing Managed Services Is Defined As Providing The Following Services (Or An Equivalent Service Deemed Satisfactory To The Town):A)Providing Software Products That Continuously Monitor The Status And Functionality Of The Town’S Infrastructure;B)Integrating Products Into The Town’S Infrastructure That Protect The Said Infrastructure From Cyber-Attacks, Viruses, Malware, Ransomware Or Any Other Malicious Attempt To Disable Or Harm The Town’S Infrastructure, To A Level Reasonably Expected Of A Municipal Government;C)Providing Ongoing In-Person Visits To Town Facilities And Ongoing Free Communications To Provide Updates To Staff And Council Regarding Feature, Upgrades, It Best Practices And Other Suggestions And Comments Regarding The Ongoing And Potential Performance Of The Town’S Infrastructure;D)Performing Moves, Adds And Changes To The Town’S Infrastructure As A Value-Added Service;E)Liaison With Town It-Related Suppliers To Assist Staff And Council To Utilize The It Infrastructure To Its Best Ability; And,F)Other It Duties As Reasonably Expected To Be Performed In A Similarly Sized Municipal Government.All Proposals Should Be Clearly Labeled With The Proponent’S Name And Address And The Rfp Title As Shown On The Title Page And Must Be Received:At The Office Of Purchasing Department As Follows:By Courier Or Hand:The Town Of Princetonattn: It Provisioning Contract151 Vermilion Aveprinceton, Bc V0x 1W0orby Canada Post:The Town Of Princetonattn: It Provisioning Contractbox 670Princeton, Bc V0x 1W0electronic Submissions As Follows:By Email To: Finance@Princeton.Caby Facsimile To: 250‐295‐3477On Or Before The Closing Date And Time As Follows:Date: October 10, 2025Time: 3:00 Pm Local Time
