Additional Information: The Agona East District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for contract of Works listed above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Acts 663) as amended by Act 914 and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Agona East District Assemblys Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tender document must be accompanied with the following qualification requirement; Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Renewed Business Registration Certificate, Certificate to Commence Business, Valid Works and Housing Certificate, Valid Labour Certificate, Valid Registration Certificate from PPA, Energy Commission Certification and any other qualification information that would be stated in the tender data sheet and the percentage of Tender Security amount stated in the table above.
