The Asutifi South District Assembly has decided to apply part of its District Assemblys Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payment for the works contract whose requirements are indicated in the table below 2. The Asutifi South District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the projects above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 Act 914 as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the District Coordinating Director, and the Tender document at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days. 4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only. The document will be obtained personally or by a representative. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document. 5. Bidders would be required to provide the following: GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. SSNIT Clearance Certificate. Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of incorporation. Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate(D4,K4)/Water Resources Commission licence. Labour Certificate. PPA Registration Certificate. VAT certificate NOTE: Bid Security is 2% of the tender price and shall be valid for 90 days after tender closing date. 6. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the address below on or before 10:30 hours GMT on 30th September, 2025 Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount stated in the table above. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
