Tenders are invited for Supply of Computers and Other it Accessories and Componets Closing Date: 14th October, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS AND OTHER IT ACCESSORIES AND COMPONETS Additional Information: 1. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 2. A complete set of Documents in English may be purchased upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH500.00). The method of payment shall be cash. 3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents from the Wenchi Municipal Assembly on or before Tuesday 14th October 2025 at 10:00am GMT and will be opened at the same time in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the Municipal Conference Hall. 4. Tenderers must submit their tenders with the following documents. a. Valid Registrar Generals Certificate b. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate d. VAT Registration Certificate e. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate or Evidence of Registration 5.
