    Tenders are invited for Hardware Procurement Tetfund Okitipupa COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies (for category B) are to obtain Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Procurement Unit, Olusegun Agagu University Of Science and Technology Okitipupa Ondo State, on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000 into Olusegun Agagu University and Science and Technology Okitipupa Ondo State via REMITA (www.remita.net) and thereafter obtain receipt from the cash office commencing from 15th September, 2025 (8 am 4 pm daily) 5.0 SUBMISSION OF EOI/TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each Lot desired (Expression of Interest or Invitation to Tender), Two (2) hard bound hard copies of the technical (Tender documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above) and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid Financial Bid (Clearly marked with the project title and the Lot number). Thereafter, put the Two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Vice-Chancellor, Olusegun Agagu University and Science and Technology Okitipupa Ondo State.
