    Tenders are invited for Purchase of Office Chairs, Tables, Shelves, Office Cabinet, Fire Proof Cabinet. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT(s) Interested companies are to obtain Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Unit, after payment of non-refundable tender fee of 10,000.00 per Lot; into the Federal College of Education Gwoza, via REMITA and obtaining receipt from the Bursary Department. 6.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT(s) Interested companies are to submit a copy each of the technical and financial bid packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger envelope addressed to the Provost, Federal College of Education, Gwoza, Borno State and clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot number written at the top right corner of the envelope. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the company and to be delivered and deposited by hand in the Tenders Box at the Procurement Unit not later than Monday, 13th October, 2025 at 12:00 noon. 7.0 OPENING OF BID The Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission on Monday, 13th October, 2025 at 12:00noon for the Year 2025 Capital Projects at the Boardroom, Federal College of Education Gwoza, in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the Financial bids for Capital Projects will be kept un-opened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Coordinator Procurement Unit, as the Federal College of Education Gwoza will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
