    Quotation are invited for PDS AFCP Video Series The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Event Description: As part of America 250 programming, PDS plans to highlight U.S. excellence and investment in Nigerian cultural preservation by commissioning five short films showcasing AFCP and other cultural preservation projects in Nigeria. These films will document work at program sites and emphasize the expertise and knowledge transfer provided by U.S. organizations and experts. Aligned with the America 250 campaignwhich celebrates uniquely American cultural exports such as film, music, literature, and sports that inspire global audiencesthis initiative enhances the visibility of AFCPs impact. The project supports the U.S. governments priorities of advancing economic growth, security, and self-reliance in Africa. By equipping local communities with tools, knowledge, and economic opportunities, the documentaries will demonstrate how cultural preservation fosters stability, reduces dependence on foreign aid, and counters the influence of adversarial powers like China.
