    Quotation are invited for Conference Package for Cea and New Contact Conference The event holds on December 8 10, 2025 in Abuja. Attachment is the Statement of Work (SOW). You are invited to submit a quotation. The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance. FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following: Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line, copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver). Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted. Responsibilities/Requirement: 1. Provide a venue to hold 200 people and venue management services for three days. 2. Provide sound and multimedia equipment and services for the event. 3. Provide two sign-language interpreters to support the events. 4. Print 200 promotional T-shirts and notepads for the event. PDS will provide design requirements. 5. Provide photography and videography coverage of the event. 6. Provide transportation (both air and road) for 200 participants. 7. Coordinate lodging and conference package for 200 participants. Period of Performance: provide pre-event planning consultation services beginning on or about September 22, 2025, with execution of the event running from December 8-10, 2025. Location: Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. Access to Classified Information: None Level of Performance Expected: Project must be completed to the satisfaction of PD Section. Required Experience: The vendor should have at least one year of professional event management experience.
