The award of the contract will be conducted through a regional call for tenders as defined in the revised ECOWAS Procurement Code (Annexes 1 to 8) and open to all eligible candidates. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission of bids shall not be accepted by the Bid Opening Committee and shall be returned to their holders unopened. 7. Bids must include an original bid guarantee of twelve thousand (12,000) U.S. dollars issued by a reputable bank. The bid guarantee will be valid until the 28th day following the bid. All bids received on time will be opened on the same day Friday, October 3, 2025 at 09:30 a.m. GMT in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to attend. Tenders will be opened online. 8.
