Work Detail
The Acquisition Is Subject To Inspection And Small Repair Work On Water Roofs And Roof Safety Products In The Sivakka Group Properties. Sivakka Group Consists Of Three Companies: Oulun Sivakka Oy, Sivakka-Yhtymä Oy And Oulun Tervatalot Oy. The Agreement Is Concluded With Each Company. The Competition Sets Up A Framework Arrangement, Which Will Select A Maximum Of Three (3) Most Economically Advantageous, Aptitude Requirements And A Tenderer Who Meets The Terms Of The Invitation To Tender. The Duration Of The Contract Is Two (2) Years And Includes The Possibility Of Two One -Year Option Seasons. The Start Of The Contract Period Is Estimated At November 1, 2025. The Agreement Will Enter Into Force With The Signature Of Both Parties.
